Your profile:
- A minimum of 5-10 years of work experience, ideally in a strategic role in a leading consulting firm, development agency, international organization, think tank and/or international NGO
- Strong track record in developing advocacy strategies, very good understanding of the German political process
- Outstanding research and analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize complex policy issues into digestible briefings and write concise policy reports
- Excellent communication skills, proven ability to engage stakeholders, manage and empower consultant teams
- Team player with a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit and dedicated to client service in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced degree in business, economics, social sciences, public health or a related field from a leading university
- Native German speaker and fluency in English is a prerequisite.
