TERN supports refugees in realising their ambition of starting a business. Whether you have an idea, a plan or an existing business TERN will support you to build, grow and scale-up your business. We aim to help refugees help themselves by becoming self sustainable. Over the next 18 months we aim to run two more incubator programmes and will be launching the next phase of the ICE Academy initiative. It’s an ambitious undertaking and if we are to capitalise on these opportunities we must increase our capacity and financial resource. Therefore we’re looking to develop our revenue streams in order to create increased sustainability and delivery ability. In particular we are looking to raise our profile with companies who might be interested in partnering and supporting us through their CSR budgets. As such we are looking for an experienced executive who could help guide us through this process and utilise their knowledge and networks to help make it a reality. We are looking for

Become part of the core team that is developing and delivering TERN Entrepreneurship Programmes.
- Secure TERN’s future sustainability and revenue streams.
- Help produce and disseminate news, and advocacy campaigns through relevant media channels, and help us grow our presence.
- Maintain good knowledge and understanding of policies and regulations facing refugees in the UK.
- Develop strong networks within refugeefocused charities/NGOs/Enterprises in the UK and Europe.
- Advance and develop central CRM tools and techniques.
