What The Role Involves
Finance
- Monitoring financial performance and cash flow as well as initiating corrective actions
- Developing financial and tax strategies
- Managing the capital request and budgeting processes
Procurement
- Discovering profitable suppliers and initiating procurement partnerships
- Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
- Controlling expenses and building a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
Accounting & Billing
- Receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility
- Managing the status of accounts and balances and identifying inconsistencies
- Issuing bills, receipts and invoices
What We're Looking for in You
- Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in analyzing financial data and KPIs
- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
- High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Outstanding communication skills in German and English
- Resident in Berlin
