Refugee Action has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and innovative:

Head of Fundraising 

This is an incredibly important time to stand up for refugees and asylum seekers in Britain, and a great time to join one of the UK’s leading refugee charities. We have an ambitious overall strategy and a fantastic team.

This role sits on our Senior Leadership Team. You’ll drive forward six-figure donor acquisition campaigns to maximise growth and oversee all our fundraising work as well as our digital communications team.

The successful candidate will have an impressive track record in implementing income generation and supporter engagement strategies. You will have experience in securing significant funding through a range of channels from sources including individual donors, high value supporters and corporate partners.

Working closely with Refugee Action’s highly influential campaigns team you will oversee engaging digital strategies and develop inspiring propositions to mobilisation the charity’s growing supporter base.

You will provide strong and visionary leadership to a multi-disciplinary team to achieve results and have a passion and motivation to raise vital funds to ensure that people who’ve been forced to flee war and persecution can successfully rebuild their lives in the UK.
