Financial Accountant International
WHAT THIS JOB IS ABOUT
The Finance and Accounting Department of Mobisol manages a unique, successful, sustainable but complex business model. We are introducing advanced analysis and reporting tools that deliver transparent and high quality information for controlling and internal and external financial reporting. We are seeking a talented Financial Accountant with strong interdisciplinary and communication skills to support our management reporting and the international consolidation of the financial statements.
YOUR TASKS
- Group accounting activities: support the consolidation and accounting procedures, assuring compliance of accounting procedures with IFRS standards (together with the headquarter accounting team and interfaces in the countries offices) and support the implementation of new accounting standards (IFRS / HGB)
- Reporting: review the reporting packages of our East African subsidiaries and further develop and maintain these reporting packages
- Business planning: support management reporting and business planning by carrying out ad-hoc analyses and special projects throughout the accounting process
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
You have a track record in Finance or Economics with a focus on (international) accounting either through an academic degree or professional experience. First working experience in financial accounting according to IRFS standards, ideally in an international environment, would make you the ideal candidate for this position. You handle MS office tools (especially Excel) with ease and have ideally first working expierence with Microsoft Navision. We are looking for a team player who combines initiative, a structured working style, solution-oriented thinking and strong attention to detail. You are either a German native speaker with an good command of English or the other way around.
