Love Frankie is recruiting a Bangkok-based

Programs Manager

to work on a diverse range of social and behaviour change communication programs across Asia Pacific.

As part of our dynamic expanding team, the ideal candidate will bring fresh creative thinking to oversee the design, management and implementation of a number of high profile online and offline campaigns across the APAC region through a mix of innovative mar-comms approaches. This person will play a critical hands-on role within our organization; directly interfacing with our high-profile clients on key projects as well as building and maintaining strong regional relationships with various creative, events, media, public and private sector partners.

We are looking for applications from passionate, hard working and driven individuals who can make the intangible, tangible. Our new team member will have a strategic mind and feel genuinely inspired by innovative creative communications approaches driving real social impact, who can instinctively manage a lot of moving pieces at the same time as a naturally organised multi-tasker with exceptional communication skills.

This full time consultancy will be based in Bangkok. Interested candidates must be able to commit to full-time work between October 2018 - April 2018 with a view to potential contract extension. Some weekends and regional APAC travel would also likely be required during key project milestones.

Key responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the successful implementation of key regional projects & campaigns – on time, on brief, and to budget
  • Active & strategic contributions of relevant ideas & recommendations working closely alongside internal team leads & senior directors
  • Architect and deliver 360 campaign marketing activations based on key data & insights and be able to present these in both deck and live presentation format
  • Serve as a key account contact and relationship-lead with clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with a range of regional partners such as creative video production partners, visual artists, speakers, influencers, event organisers, media, NGOs, CSOs, issue experts, public & private sector stakeholders etc.
  • Support internal research teams to design & deliver effective impact assessments
  • Set up and manage program timelines and schedules
  • Manage budgets, payments, expenses with Finance team
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and social platforms and demonstrate understanding of how they can be integrated into communications programs
  • Supporting and mentoring local partners to design and implement their own communications outreach activities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3+ years experience in advertising / marketing or other related communications sectors
  • Strong in-depth knowledge managing public engagement campaigns, particularly integrated 360 campaigns targeting young people; in both development and execution
  • Demonstrated solid experience managing video content production projects
  • Experience in designing and implementing workshops and trainings
  • Curriculum / toolkit development skills with a particular focus on digital/media literacy
  • Strong partnerships skills working closely with a diverse with a variety of different stakeholders
  • Relevant project management experience in Asia Pacific
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate complex sensitive social ideas to engage with a wide range of audiences
  • Fluency in written and oral English
  • Fluency in other Southeast Asian languages a strong advantage
  • Experience in brand / digital marketing a valuable asset
  • High levels of self-motivation and self-management; ability to plan and conduct work with minimal supervision
  • Experience, knowledge and passion in areas of social impact & behaviour change
