Key responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for the planning and coordination of DO School programs and engagements, in particular long-term co-creation journeys, including:
Project management: You will coordinate our co-creation engagements throughout the project lifecycle, including internal communications, process setup and execution and outcome delivery.
Stakeholder management: You will be the link between all partner and DO School stakeholders, managing the co-creation team but also building bridges with the wider organisation, management and experts, ensuring smooth communications and alignment.
Design and facilitation: You will support the design of the co-creation journey as well as individual workshops and training and facilitate these in person and online.
Your profile:
You love creating unique engagement around co-creation and learning by doing, are passionate about creating long-lasting impact in organisations and are a talented and experienced project manager.
Required experience:
You have strong experience (min. 3 years) in stakeholder management and project management, e.g. as consultant or as project manager within large organizations
You feel comfortable and enjoy engaging and managing a wide variety of stakeholders, from project teams to C-level or board level partners
Ideally you will have a background or experience in training, innovation or change processes
You are a confident facilitator and able to create productive and high energy group processes
At the same time you are structured and understand the importance of documentation
You are able to translate workshop results into effective communication and materials geared at different kinds of stakeholders and have the required production skills
You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English and German (please note that office language is English)
Desirable:
You are experienced in co-creation settings which include internal and external stakeholders
You are familiar with change management and organisational development processes
You are experienced in different communication, coaching, design, etc. models and methods
You are experienced with cultural diversity in a working environment
