We are looking for a creative, proactive, and diligent HR working student to join our Finance, HR & Administration team in the Berlin office. You will play a key role in the entire employee experience, focusing on our internal program from recruiting, onboarding, and daily people operations. The role includes:
- Support all relevant recruiting and hiring processes (job posts, initial applications screening, internal and external communication with applicants and line managers);
- Support our new hires with great onboarding experience;
- Ensure a correct and smooth offboarding process;
- Prepare employment-related administrative paperwork for our employees and external parties;
- Proactive assistance and improvements of HR related processes, considering GDPR and German law requirements;
- Support in global HR projects and research;
- Perform general administrative tasks and reporting;
- Organization of meetings, trainings and internal events;
- Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required.
The successful candidate will have:
- You are a college student at a junior or senior level with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- You are passionate about HR, especially people development;
- Fluency in English and German;
- Experience in recruiting or related topics;
- Strong communication skills, excellent relationship building skills and eagerness to succeed;
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Proactive mentality as you are always one step ahead with a strong attention to detail;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point).

The successful candidate must be enrolled at German university and be able to work legally in Germany. This role is based at our office in Berlin, Germany, and will work closely with the Finance and Administration team and report to the HR Advisor at CDP Europe.
