These will be your responsibilities
- You lead the Marketing and Communications strategy and all related efforts of the company
- Define and shape TIER as a sustainable lifestyle brand and impact our overall company strategy
- Define and execute all Marketing and Communications activities
- Place the TIER vision in national and international media in a way that inspires people and that everyone can understand
- Build and lead an efficient and creative marketing team (of +25 employees
- Inspire the team with vision and creativity
You’re offering these qualifications and experience
- Many years of experience in a fast paced environment, working for great brands
- At least 5 years of Leadership experience as a Director, VP or CMO
- Holistic spectrum: Brand, Marketing, Communications, Strategy
- High energy, inspiring & visionary
- Good speaker & storyteller
