For our GGN Label we are immediately looking for
a Team Leader (f/m/d) in full-time (39 h/week).

The GGN Label stands for certified, responsible farming and transparency. It is designed to help guide consumers in their day-to-day grocery shopping. Promoting safe and responsible farming that benefits farmers, retailers, and consumers around the globe, the GGN Label supports worldwide sustainable development for the good of future generations and our planet.
Your responsibilities
Technical tasks:
- GGN Label brand building
- Grow GGN Label adoption at retailers and brand owners
- Manage relationships with relevant stakeholders
- Maintain high system integrity (vs. claims)
- Review, improve and maintain a clear and transparent licensing system (contracts, label fees, sanctions)
- Cooperate with other departments to promote the GGN Label (e. g. Marketing for fairs and publications, PR)
Leadership tasks:
- Supervise the execution of the various activities within the team and support possible internal process improvements
- Being responsible for budgeting and reporting
- Execute feedback talks with team members
- Organize onboarding of new staff members
- Follow the guidelines for team leaders and the Best Leadership Practice, live and incorporate the core values and be a role model to others
Your profile
- Degree in a job-relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of operational commercial experience (marketing & sales)
- Business fluent in English and German
- Strong, proven working experience in driving business growth in a dynamic B2B/B2C environment
- Sound key account and project management skills with track record of on-time, on-budget delivery with limited resources
- Analytic mindset able to deal and base decisions on complex and articulated data sets
- First leadership experience
- Previous start-up experience, knowledge of food supply chain dynamics or role of third-party certification schemes/consumer labelling is a plus
