We are currently looking for a highly motivated
Junior Marketing Manager (i/f/m/t)
to support our Marketing team.

Your responsibilities
- Manage social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook;
- Help define and implement our community building strategy (online and offline);
- Content creation for blog and social media channels;
- Develop fresh ideas for content and social media campaigns;
- Analyse the results of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements and next steps;
- Support with new product and feature launches alongside the product team; and
- Market and competitor research.
The ideal candidate
- You have a degree in Marketing, Communications or similar;
- You have at least 2+ years experience in the industry;
- You are a story teller and have experience with content ideation and writing (e.g. social media copy, performance copy, blog posts, etc.);
- First experience in social media and community management (scheduling posts, analytics, engagement, etc.);
- You are creative, bold and can clearly articulate concepts and solutions;
- You proactively prioritise, manage, take responsibility and complete multiple projects by their deadlines and with strong attention to detail;
- Residence in Germany is a must; and
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German is a must.
Nice-to-have's
- SEO knowledge;
- Experience for Fintech;
- Understanding of B2B vs B2C social media strategies; and
- Interest in topics around impact and sustainability.
