RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be part of creating a new stack and services for several international high traffic ecommerce websites. You play a key role for architecture and choice of technology. We advocate new technologies and use them when it makes sense.
- The quality of your software – in particular for the automation of Unit and System Tests as well as Continuous integration and deployment. YOUR PROFILE
- 3+ years experience as a developer (our backend is currently mostly PHP), a technical degree is a plus.
- Working experience with standard frameworks like Zend, Symphony, Laravel or others.
- You worked with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- You believe in deploying and maintaining the systems you build (DevOps!)
- You know the basics of systems administration (Linux, Apache, or nginx)
- You ideally also have experiences with e-Commerce systems in general, Shopware is a plus.
- Knowledge about software engineering, clean code, algorithms, data-structures.
- You’re obsessed with best practices, performance, libraries & toolkits that rock.
- You speak fluent English, German is a plus
