Impact Hub Berlin is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the current team in the transition to a new space in order to scale our community’s impact by overcoming current challenges in administration, finances, and procurement.
Your deliverables
- Preparation of financial accounting on a monthly basis;
- Reception and distribution of mail;
- Coordination of team travels and bookings/cancellations;
- Support the controlling function of the company;
- Development and maintenance of the archive;
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including reports, contracts, presentations, etc.;
- Support the Space Experience Manager in procurement.
Your qualifications and skills
- A proactive, open, flexible individual who enjoys challenges;
- Attention to detail, order, and problem-solving skills;
- Reliable in a job well done as well as with meeting deadlines;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
- Aptitude in decision-making and working with DATEV Unternehmen;
- Understanding of balance sheets and cost and service accounting;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and German;
- Qualifications as an office clerk or administrative assistant will be a plus;
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant;
- The right to work in the EU, and based in Berlin.
