About your role
As Project Manager (Global Health) you will be leading project teams in global health leveraging your expertise in that space combined with strategy consulting experience. As a member of our Global Health Practice, you will develop strategies for prominent organizations in global health and support their leadership in transforming operating models and ways of working. You will also ensure they can mobilize the resources required to finance their work or optimize their investments in the space to maximize their impact. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing client projects and consultant teams in global health, structuring problems, leading analyses and developing innovative solutions
Coach, support and develop your team members and members of SEEK’s global health practice
Building strong client relationships and leveraging your network to actively contribute to SEEK’s business development activities in global health
Take a leadership role in developing SEEK’s global health practice, further building the practice’s knowledge and offerings through your expertise and project work and leveraging your external profile in global health
Contribute to SEEK’s organizational development as a member of the Extended Leadership Team
About you
You are passionate about social impact and want to put your consulting skills to work in the field of global development and particularly global health. Strategic, collaborative and curious, you effectively utilize the power of cutting-edge analyses and enjoy working in teams that drive the delivery of innovative solutions and look at challenges from a holistic perspective. You have first-hand experience in managing multi- stakeholder processes to mobilize collective action. You are a committed self-starter, with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong qualifications.
What makes you a great fit for this exciting role:
Advanced degree in business/public administration, economics, global public health or related fields
Experience leading client projects in a leading strategy consulting firm as a project manager; proven leadership experience in global health for a leading international organization
Expertise and network in global health, including knowledge of the architecture and major players, current topics and key debates, as well as contacts in major organizations
Committed to impact and able to lead a team in an entrepreneurial atmosphere
Demonstrated experience managing complex (client) projects and interacting with diverse stakeholders,
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in strategy and organizational development and strategic advocacy
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and present information in an insightful manner
Fluent in English, German or French is considered an additional advantage
