Wonderwerk Consulting are start-up consultantcy in Vienna, Austria focussing on social and public innovation, digitalisation, strategy and new forms of organisation. We advise institutions in the public and social sector on how to develop new products and services and align their strategy and organisation accordingly. The main methodology we use is design-thinking.

We are looking for experienced innovation professionals who would like to join our team. Specific requirements are:
- masters degree and preferably a degree / certificate in design-thinking
- at least 2 years experience in the fields of service design / service innovation
- a specific interest in the public and social sector
- a "hands-on" mentality (as we are a start-up and there is lots of stuff to do)
- business fluent in german and english
- high degree of self-organisation
- good knowledge of the main MS Office applications, high tech-affinity in general
- curiosity, creativity, entrepreneurship.
