ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Global Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will perform a broad range of activities in support of new product and program development as well as the company’s annual global gathering. Specific responsibilities include:
- Research and report on social innovation programs both internal and external to the Impact Hub network.
- Conduct interviews with a broad variety of stakeholders to assess needs, gaps in the market, and other market intelligence with respect to social innovation programs and products.
- Assist in the design of social innovation products and programs, such as social entrepreneurship acceleration initiatives.
- Work closely with a variety of internal groups to facilitate the delivery of social innovation products and programs throughout the Impact Hub network.
- Assist in all aspects of organization of the company’s annual conference (“Unlikely Allies”), in particular with respect to attendee management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- You are a Bachelor or Master student at a German university eligible for a Pflichtpraktikum.
- You are passionate about and immersed into relevant topics, developments and conversations in the field of social enterprise and innovation.
- You have excellent user skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You are a good communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, fluent in English and German.
- You are a team worker and able to build relationships across a wide range of organizations and partners.
- You are comfortable interacting with several stakeholders and able to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary and distributed teams.
- You are able to produce management information in a variety of formats and are experienced in report writing and presentations to key stakeholders.
- You are open-minded, self-reliant, and excited about being part of a diverse, fast-paced, international environment.
- You are able to demonstrate key components of the Impact Hub approach: entrepreneurship, collaboration, innovation and exceptional execution ability.

- Remuneration: EUR 800,- gross per month
- Start: Beginning ASAP
