We are looking to bring on a
Fundraising & Business Development Rockstar
to shape the MH Hub’s business strategy and direct activities related to securing funding from foundations, private sector, bilateral and multilateral donors worldwide. This person will have an incredible opportunity to shape the future of the MH Hub as the only online community ‘home’ for specialists and organisations working to improve menstrual health. For this inspiring, challenging and exciting role, we’re looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about creating systemic impact for women, girls and those who menstruate worldwide. They should have highly-developed communication and strategic planning skills, excellent writing skills, a sharp focus on details, and demonstrated experience in navigating complex processes.

Expectations
- Developing and contributing to the implementation of the MH Hub’s business plan, fundraising strategy and new business opportunities
- Managing all aspects of proposal development related to securing funding including budget creation and proposal writing
- Coordinating efforts between the MH Hub and partner organizations on specific proposals
- Managing relationships for a portfolio of private donors
- Ongoing and reliable communications and meetings, etc.
- 8-10 hours / week commitment (negotiable)
Qualifications
- Relevant degree (MBA, MPA, MPH, etc) or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of experience related to international development
- Experience in business strategy and finance
- Understanding of nonprofit funding, impact investing and European / German fundraising
- Outstanding English and preferably German writing skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Self-starter, able to achieve results with limited supervision
