Our wiki-inspired development platform, Wagn, and its flagship site, WikiRate.org, enable communities to collaborate to gather and share vital information. Full Stack Developer (f/m) for Human Rights Pilot
This position involves working intimately with University of Cambridge researchers to build rapid prototypes of applications that support field reporting of human rights violations. The Cambridge researchers have been working closely with human rights organizations to determine how best to tailor technology to their needs so that violations can be reported safely, reliably, and in a form that generates meaningful response.
Successful candidate will have full senior development skill set, including mastery of an established development framework such as Node.js or Ruby on Rails. Position entails remote collaboration on functionality design and working independently on implementation.
The position involves flexible hours ranging from half to full-time employment.
