Description:
We're looking for a highly analytical and driven individual to tackle some of GiveDirectly’s most complex data challenges. Responsible for developing and maintaining scalable processes that collect information from cash transfer recipients all over the world, creating data models to consolidate and represent information from disparate sources in a consistent fashion, running processes that facilitate the actual delivery of cash transfers, and building analytical dashboards to display information about the entire operation to managers and board members. The individual must be very comfortable learning and working with new technologies and is expected to collaborate closely with engineers to achieve these goals. Successful candidates will have a degree in an analytical discipline (math, engineering, science), at least two years of professional experience in a related role, and be comfortable in a meritocratic environment with frank, honest feedback. This position will report to the Director of Information Systems.
