The Royal Foundation’s mission is to create lasting impact in areas where the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry are most passionate. We are their primary charitable vehicle and leverage their convening power to provide a neutral platform for organisations, charities and experts to come together to develop solutions that no single organisation could achieve on its own. Our aim is to form partnerships to come up with innovative programmes and initiatives that tackle serious social issues, bringing about real change by empowering the next generation.
We are currently active in a range of programme areas which include Mental Health, Armed Forces, Young People, and Conservation. The Foundation has a number of successful programmes and campaigns one example of which is Heads Together, our mental health campaign which used the 2017 London Marathon as a platform to move the dial on stigma and encourage the nation to have conversations about their mental health. Going forward the Foundation is working with a range of partners to develop tools to help schools, employers and the armed forces improve the way they deal with mental health issues.

Corporate Development Manager
The Corporate Development Manager will take a lead on managing a portfolio of high-value corporate partners that support the work of the Foundation and will help to secure new partners to respond to both existing and emerging funding priorities. The role will involve working with a number of very high profile individuals and in accordance with the integrity and reputation of the Foundation; discretion and professionalism are therefore paramount in addition to a strategic approach to fundraising.
