DO it:
Individual and Organisational Development Specialist
As IOD specialist at the DO School you will plan and deliver our innovative personal and organisational development oriented programs, focussing on helping participants develop their skills as effective DOers.

Location: Berlin Campus, Germany
Position type: Full time
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver our existing DO School programs for groups of participants ranging from high-school graduate to senior leadership and C-level of multinational organizations
- Work with our partner to custom design an engagement or training based on specific needs and learning goals
- Support our Partners in the process from initial engagement with the DO School to measuring success after the program to ensure maximum impact
- Create a positive, high energy atmosphere throughout to enable participants to learn by DOing
Your profile:
You believe that learning by doing is the most effective way to develop the hands-on skills and mindsets that it takes to make a difference and be an effective leader by putting ideas into action. And you are driven by enabling others to fulfill their potential as individuals and as a team by creating just those kind of learning environments. You enjoy working with a wide variety of target groups and want to be part of a community of purposeful DOers.
Required:
- You have extensive experience in in training and coaching settings, including with senior stakeholders
- You have a strong background in developing training curricula and programs for different stakeholders and durations
- You are experienced and confident in facilitating group processes, informal leadership and communication skills
- You are experienced in competently facilitating and managing wide variety of stakeholders including board level seniority
Desirable:
- You have professional experience outside of coaching / training capacity
- You are experienced in co-creation settings which include internal and external stakeholders
- You are experienced with cultural diversity in a working environment
- You are experienced in various communication, coaching, design, etc. models and methods
Language skills:
- Fluent English (written and spoken, preferably native). Fluent German (written and spoken) and other languages an advantage. Note that the the DO School is an international community, with English as its common language.
