Innovation Catalyst
As Innovation Catalyst you guide and facilitate our partners and participants through the DO School’s structured innovation process, helping them take important questions from idea stage to implementation

Location: Berlin Campus, Germany
Position type: Full time
Key responsibilities:
- Design and deliver innovation processes based on the DO School Method including design of online and workshop content/flow as well as facilitation in the room and online
- Support our Partners in the process from initial engagement with the DO School to handing results back to internal teams
- Effectively integrate external co-creators, experts and the DO School community in the innovation process, and create a positive, productive high energy atmosphere throughout
Your profile:
You enjoy creating an environment where others can develop and execute innovative ideas, have the confidence and personality to fill a room with positive energy and drive towards excellent outputs at the same time and want to be part of a community of purposeful DOers.
Required:
- You have an extensive experience in Innovation processes and methodologies
- You have a strong background either in working in Innovation, Strategy, or Product Development in a large organisation or working in strategic or innovation consulting
- Your are experienced and confident in facilitating group processes, informal leadership and communication skills
- You are experienced in competently facilitating and managing wide variety of stakeholders including of Cx or board level seniority
- You have good project management skills and drive to get things done
- You have a proven desire to create positive social impact
Desirable:
- You have hands on skills in related area (e.g. Graphic Design, UX, Industrial Design, Coding, …)
- You are experienced in co-creation settings which include internal and external stakeholders
- You are experienced with cultural diversity in a working environment
- You are experienced in different communication, coaching, design, etc. models and methods
Language skills:
- Fluent English (written and spoken, preferably native). Fluent German (written and spoken) and other languages an advantage. Note that the the DO School is an international community, with English as its common language.
