Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Street Child is dedicated to empowering some of the world’s most vulnerable children by giving them the chance to go to school and giving their families the sustainable means to keep them there.
We have created a brand new dedicated Digital Marketing Manager role, in our dynamic marketing and fundraising team, to support our ambitious growth plans by leading our use of digital channels to promote our work and our fundraising products to both our existing and potential supporters. You will be a digital native who will develop and implement strategies across our websites, e-newsletters, social media, search marketing and digital advertising. Your talent, passion and creative abilities will take our digital marketing and fundraising to the next level.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing the Street Child websites to continually develop supporter journeys and increase engagement and online conversions
- Promoting Street Child and our fundraising activities and programmes through search marketing, social media and other digital activities
- Working with the rest of the marketing & communications team to plan and execute a content strategy that drives high engagement and donations
- Providing regular reports on the performance of key digital metrics and optimizing the results over time
We are looking for someone with a passion for digital marketing, imagination and the drive to develop their skills and deliver improved results for the children who need us. You will need prior digital marketing experience and it would be a bonus if you have experience with Photoshop in order to create digital assets. You will be a dynamic self-starter with the confidence to engage and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. In this newly created role, you will enjoy considerable autonomy to shape the position and deliver your own ideas. Prior charity experience could be a positive but is not essential – talent, imagination and commitment are.
