Transparency International (TI) is the global civil society organisation leading the fight against corruption. In collaboration with more than 100 chapters worldwide and an international secretariat in Berlin, Germany, TI raises awareness of the damaging effects of corruption and works with partners in government, business and civil society to develop and implement effective measures to tackle it.
Main function:
The Internal Communications Officer supports the development and delivery of internal communications campaigns, coordinating with TI-S teams to identify internal communications content and tactics to foster information flow and engagement across the TI Movement.

Responsibilities:
- Support in the development and implementation of internal communications campaigns enabling internal audiences to connect and engage in shaping and delivering on the TI strategy
- Harvest, develop and disseminate across TI stories that show how the Movement delivers on its advocacy priorities
- Help coordinate internal communication plans for key internal projects to connect and inspire colleagues across 100+ countries
- Create, post and curate innovative content across TI Movement internal communications channels
- Design internal communications products tailored to various internal audiences within the TI network
- Coordinate online communities of interest
- Measure and report on performance of internal communication against goals (KPIs and ROI)
- Organise, support and manage internal stakeholder events
- Undertake administrative tasks related to the day-to-day operational internal communications work as required
Knowledge, experience and skills:
- University degree or professional qualification in communications, public relations, social science, journalism, marketing or other relevant fields
- 3+ years of relevant experience in an international organizational context working on internal communication, staff relations, public relations, organisational development, or related
- Up-to-date with trends and best practices in internal communications tactics and tools with a good understanding of analytics and measurement
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing internal communications campaigns for an international organisation
- Skilled at identifying target audiences and creating content that engages, informs and motivates
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex matters into accessible communications
- Excellent relationship management skills and ability to work collaboratively across stakeholders at all levels
- Business fluency in English required; additional languages, in particular French, Spanish and/or Arabic, an asset
- Strong organizational and project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines
- Interest in anti-corruption work and commitment to the values and principles of Transparency International with a high level of motivation and drive to help build and shape the organization, structures and processes
- Creative, positive, can-do attitude
