We are looking for an experienced
Customer Relationship Manager
to help us further grow our neighbourhood platform nebenan.de.

What you will do
- Report to the Head of Product and be responsible for the technical implementation of our user communication to drive engagement.
- You will independently plan, execute and optimize cross channel engagement campaigns in cooperation with the Product, Marketing and Communication team
- Your main target groups will private users (B2C) and local businesses (B2B)
- You will analyse the user behaviour along the user journey and define segments and target groups based on interests, activities and content interaction
- You will develop target group-specific communication strategies for a community of 1.9 million users
- You will be responsible for deliverability (e.g. whitelisting), opening-, and click rates of emails
- You will setup tracking and coordinate with our Business Intelligence team to report on the success of your campaigns
- You will support the Product and IT team with ideas and feedback in the further development of engagement features and marketing automation
- You will build a bridge between customer service, product and marketing by implementing an efficient knowledge exchange, driving interdepartmental projects and creating essential reports
Your profile
- You have several years of relevant experience in Customer Relationship Management, ideally in a startup environment
- You have technical experience and are able to define, setup and maintain an email delivery system
- You have creativity, a keen sense of trends and a data-based way of doing things
- You are fluent in English and you speak German at native level
- You are able to understand different user roles to deliver the right messages to the right users
- You work self-motivated with drive and commitment
- You have excellent analytical and communication skills
- You know how to create a funnel structure
- You had an equal position in your last job
- You have a work permit for Germany
