The Foundation has launched the RESPOND program to foster and scale solutions to the most pressing social, environmental, and economic
challenges of our time.
We are looking to hire a Program Manager (f/m/d) in the area of RESPOND to join the Foundation’s Munich office starting March 2022.

Your tasks – What you will contribute
- You will help plan and realize RESPOND event formats.
- You will be involved in the conceptual design of international RESPOND events and will prepare the ideal framework for communicating our topics to our target group at the interface of sustainability, innovation, and business.
- You will identify and approach qualified participants and speakers and create thematic briefings.
- You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team in Munich and Berlin.
- You will grow our network in the ecosystem and build partnerships to further our mission.
Your profile – What we are looking for
- You are a team player eager to work with a global network. You have a strong alignment with the mission of RESPOND.
- You have one to three years of working experience in project management and event planning as well as strong communication skills.
- You had previous experiences with the fields of sustainability, technology, entrepreneurship, innovation, systems thinking, and you are interested in all topics around Tech for Good.
- You are strongly motivated to advance the Sustainable Development Goals of the UN 2030 Agenda and its core messages.
- You are proficient in both German and English and love working in an international environment.
- You enjoy co-creating spaces for reflection, inspiration, learning, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration – with our partners, members of our network, and colleagues across teams.
- You have strong project management and organizational skills, and you are able to work autonomously, reliably, and in a hands-on and quality-oriented way.
