What is this job about?
You as the Community Manager and Head Host you are in charge of the membership experience in the Impact Hub Munich. On a daily basis, you will be responsible that members find the room they need to connect (including stable coffee supply!).On a strategic level, you are in charge of the community building process. Your goal is to increase the level of meaningful connections, mutual support and collaboration among members, thus leveraging the community to the next level!

- Entrepreneurial driven: You understand the needs of a social entrepreneur and are able to think and act in an entrepreneurial way.
- Technical skills: You have an affinity with technical tools that enable virtual community interaction.
- Hands on: You are able to leverage our community to the next level but not above to clear out the dishwasher.
- You master both German and English.
