We are looking for a strong and dynamic
Project Manager
to join our team in Vienna. The candidate should enjoy working in an international setting and would be a core team member in shaping the future of our company.
Duties & Responsibilities
The project manage would work closely with the CEO and WDL’s leadership team. S/he would manage the day to day operations of the enterprise which includes supervision of ongoing projects, management of engagement with clients and funders, representation of WDL at international events. The candidate would also need to refine and implement WDL’s business plan, which includes a strategy to expand WDL’s user base even more.
Responsibilities of this position include project management tracking through Github/Excel/Trello etc. The project manager must have the ability to move project schedules to completion and effectively manage/maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate must be a driven self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills.
Skills
- Project Management: Responsible for providing the developer team with implementation plans, which may include project schedules, project plans, benchmarks, risk analysis, communications documents, training plans, etc.
- Presentation Skills: Provide on-line meetings and conference calls to manage the implementation of a new features; representation of WDL at international events.
- Documentation: Responsible for utilizing (and creating) documents/deliverables necessary for providing exceptional services and ensuring communication of the project plan to the client. Assist team in updating all implementation deliverables as required with new process rollouts.
- Online Marketing skills (a plus, not required): Supporting the team to expand and retain the user base.
Individual Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of related experience.
- Fluent in English, speaking and writing (working language is English).
- German and other language skills are a plus
- Good communication, cooperation and team building skills.
- Higher education in Management / MBA preferred.
- Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project, and Visio) experience preferred.
- Problem-solver, self-starter, initiator, strong organizational, presentation, interpersonal and consultative skills are a must.
Remuneration and starting date
- Salary: Euro 2.600 (to increase after six months); first employee shares;
- Starting date: June 15, 2016
