Radish Lab is an interactive agency focused on social impact projects with offices in Brooklyn and Berlin. We work with global non-profits, arts organizations, cultural institutions, and lots of cool and inspiring people. The ideal candidate is based in Berlin, has a flexible schedule, and is willing to work both onsite and remotely as needed. Radish Lab will consider someone based in Brooklyn, but the candidate must be available for hours that overlap with our Creative Director’s schedule.

Administrative & Management Assistant
to sweep in and help us get things done at our new Berlin office. You must be a native-German speaker and possess English fluency.
This position offers key support to Radish Lab’s Principal and Creative Director. We’re looking for someone who takes pleasure in solving problems and is a self-starter who can think on their feet. The person in this role will need to have a high respect for privacy and discretion.
Position is paid hourly and is part-time to start (10-15 hours per week), with an option for full-time in 2017. Pay will be commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will be able to start immediately.

Office Management Tasks Include:
- Mailing + Tracking/Pick up Packages
- Printer ordering and management
- Supplies tracking + Ordering
- Troubleshooting issues related to internet/printer/etc
- Recurring costs/purchasing (possibly more bookkeeping related, but auto renewals, etc)
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems
- Running errands as needed
- Greeting visitors and prepping for meetings
- Maintaining recycling/trash detail (with the involvement of others)
- Any other office maintenance/needs
Admin
- Liaise with European and American clients to set up meetings or gather assets
- Data Entry as needed
- Light weekly bookkeeping and filing
- Meeting briefing, note taking, and preparation
- Correspondence/follow ups for contracts/paperwork/HR
- Travel and events arrangement/assistance
- Calendar management and appointment scheduling across multiple timezones
- Managing interns if necessary
- Overflow admin work for other positions, including project research, or digitization of assets
Assistant Responsibilities
- Help with personal organization tasks
- Answer phone calls and manage calendar
- Run personal errands when necessary
