Vertical Marketing Manager (m/f)
you will have the unique opportunity to take on a broad Marketing Manager role focusing on a specific target group (e.g. German students in their first stage of medical training). You will play a key role in increasing the popularity of our product in your particular vertical. Join us to help students on their journey to become well-trained physicians and seasoned physicians to succeed in their demanding profession.
Your Job
- Develop a profound understanding of your target group and their needs
- Develop vertical marketing plans that increase adoption of our product in your segment
- Own and lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns (Online and Offline, including events) coordinating with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Online Marketing & Graphics and Business Intelligence
- Develop strategic positioning and content for verticals based on marketing assessment, analysis, and understanding of the segment (e.g. landing pages, newsletters, marketing material)
Your Profile
- A university degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or comparable subject with an academic record of high achievement
- 3+ years of experience in a similar marketing role
- Passion for medicine and education, experience in the field is a big plus
- Creative thinker who values accountability and goal-setting
- Experience in project management, storytelling, and translating business objectives into marketing objectives
- Outgoing and energetic personality
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Fluent in German and English
