MIAMED - In close collaboration with our Marketing team you will be responsible to build up our
Customer Relationship Management (m/f)
with a strong focus on email marketing. As a company we have revolutionized medical education in Germany and we are now on a mission to examine the user behavior of our different target groups in depth. For existing and new users across all of our target groups, you will be the one defining when and what kind of message they should receive from us to increase their engagement with our product. You are willing to dive into our data, to define and implement best practices and to build new standards and processes? Then you might be our first (and only) CRM Manager!
Your Job
- Development and implementation of holistic CRM strategies encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty
- Analysis of customer journey across all touch points within the organization and close cooperation with other departments to maximize the commercial opportunities
- Extend our CRM platform structure and architecture, ensuring effective user segmentation to enable targeted marketing activities
- Operative steering of transactional mailings and newsletter campaigns in pre-sale and post-sale stages, retention campaigns, testing and reporting
Your Profile
- 1+ years relevant working experience in CRM and e-mail marketing
- Extensive experience running CRM campaigns on your own
- Outstanding MS Excel skills and excitement about big data
- You are data-driven and analytical in your approach, and experienced to create structure and set up processes
- You bring a good understanding of online business and CRM strategies and you are eager to learn more
- Team player with great communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
