Specialist Organizational Development (m/f)
Location: Tanzania with frequent travel to our country offices in Rwanda and Kenya
Full time, minimum 1 year, extension possible
Mobisol has established an internal hands-on strategic consultancy, striving to enhance the organization’s resilience to effectively respond to changing conditions within the organization or in the market. The consultancy analyzes challenges and opportunities, facilitates changes and acts as communicator and connector throughout the company, always striving to empower the teams and strengthen the customer focus in our procedures. Throughout our work we rely on a sustainable change approach, bringing changes to life through participatory Involvement.
We are looking for somebody to complete our team with a unique skillset in the area of organizational development, supporting us in the country offices located in Tanzania with frequent travel to Rwanda and Kenya.
Your tasks
- Monitoring company developments and proactively identifying challenges and opportunities
- Developing proposals for change projects striving to enhance the organization’s resilience
- Supporting the change management by advice covering all phases from analysis to implementation:
- Concept development through benchmarking, analysis, interviews, and connection of stakeholders
- Facilitation of multi-stakeholder workshops throughout the change management process
- Development of outputs, including business cases, policies, position as well as process descriptions
- Support of the implementation to bring change into life
Our requirements
- University degree and additional training in organizational development
- Experience in consulting, change management and project management in a fast paced international business environment
- Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to Tanzania for the contract period and to travel within the region
- Intercultural skills
- Fluency in English
- Swahili and/or German skills are a plus
- Being a generalist with the ability to keep the bird´s eye view
