As one of the most promising startups in this field, Mimi is developing software that enables you to test your hearing on your mobile device and improves sound for the individual's hearing ability, based on the biology of the human ear.
The Mimi team is a diverse group of innovators with strong expertise in product development, hearing science, health, partner relations, and communications. Our Hearing Test is the most accurate hearing test app in the App Store, while our sound processing software has been integrated into some of the most high-end consumer electronics brands such as Loewe or Beyerdynamic.
Working on something new brings together a bunch of people who are crazy enough to believe that the future doesn‘t just happen, but needs to be shaped actively. That means plenty of exciting challenges, and wild ideas flying around all the time.
As our Partner Manager you will:
- Take over partner management with existing partners
- Be the go to person for all partner related issues, communicate and align internally and externally
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships
- Work with business development on building future partnerships
- Define goals and new projects together with the partner and the Mimi Product team, manage projects from start to finish
- Take part in strategic discussions
- Be a sparring partner for Product, Development and Legal on a continuous basis on partner related matters
- Impact an untapped market and experience the development of a truly innovative product and company
What you bring to the table:
- Degree in Business, Economics, Social Science, Communication- but also a degree in Computer Science, Design or related fields or equivalent practical experience is interesting
- Have 4+ years experience of managing partners, working in Account Management, or Project Management in close collaboration with long term partners
- Experience managing and building partnership relationships
- Have great interpersonal skills, a solid technical understanding, and a deep experience with Partnership Management yourself
- Excellent communication skills
- Accountability and reliability - seeing projects through to completion
- Work as a team player
- Fluent in English (company language is English)
- Fluent in German is a must
- Experience with software development processes is a plus
It would be great if you additionally:
- Have the ability to exercise critical thinking and problem-solving skills and execute responsibilities with little guidance
- Have the ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholder groups and shape timelines & strategies, and the wisdom to know when to shift priorities
- Are open to a very agile environment, to new industries and business models and clients with diverse backgrounds
- Are highly motivated and communicative, very agile in handling business, strong execution skills
- Bring commitment, loyalty, accountability, empathy and a positive attitude
- Have a proven track record of working towards strategic goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
This is a maternity leave cover contract (12 months) with the option of continuation.
